Indonesia Needs Hard Working Leader

Jakarta (Antara Bali) - President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono said Indonesia needs a leader who is prepared to work hard to face the ever increasingly tighter global competition.

"In the future, global competition will increasingly become fiercer and thus, the people need a leader who has vision and broad mind and is willing to work hard," the President tweeted on his twitter account @SBYudhoyono on Sunday.

Prosperity could be achieved by developing a just and sustainable economic system, he said.

"Let us continue to develop our economy in a just and sustainable way to make the entire Indonesian nation more prosperous," he said.

He said Indonesia has good assets in terms of security, political stability, economic growth and other advantages to become a more prosperous nation.

Prosperity and progress could be achieved through hard work and support from all sides, he noted.
