Bengkulu (Antara Bali) - The Bengkulu Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) said the sea waves in Enggano may reach 3 meters high, but most of the waves in the waters are 2.5 meters high.

The waves in the waters of Bengkulu and west of it are mostly  2.5 meters high, BMKG analyst of the Fatmawati Soekarno meteorological station in  Bengkulu, Rosyidah, said on Sunday.

She said the winds in the Bengkulu waters may be blowing from southeast to southwest at a speed of 5-16 knots.

The wind in Enggano waters is blowing from the northeast to southeast at a speed of 8-17 knots, and the area may be raining lightly.

And the wind in the West Indian Ocean in Bengkulu is blowing from the north to southeast at a speed of 10-17 knots.(IGT)
