Denpasar (Antara Bali) - A total of 150 racers from three countries,
Malaysia, Singapore, and the host Indonesia, are participating in a
motocross race organized in the Bali provincial district of Bangli,
between February 28 and March 1, 2014.
The racers are competing in the challenging terrain of the Batur
mountainous area in the Bangli District, stated I. Wayan Tana, the
president commissioner of PT Dunia Roda Dua Bali-Indonesia, which is the
organizer of the event here on Friday.
According to him, the race is organized to showcase the natural beauty of Bali`s Kintamani natural tourism area.
"It is a very beautiful tourist attraction that encompasses Mount
Batur. In addition, the adventure ride is also intended to test skills,
and the physical and mental endurance of the participants," I. Wayan
