Jakarta (Antara Bali) - A burglar reportedly stole a cash of 208 million rupiah in the Public Housing Ministry building, located in Jalan Raden Patah I no. 1 Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta on Monday.
"But none of the doors in the office building is found damaged," the South Jakarta police public relations officer, Commissioner Aswin said here on Monday, confirming that such theft case was found at 7.00 western Indonesia standard time.
Meanwhile, one of the Public Housing Ministry's employees, M Priyo Susilo, was the first witness, who happened to see a scattered condition of a room after the theft occurred.
Priyo, along with another employee, then check the scattered room and found a destroyed safety deposit box. "The witness then reported the theft case to the Kebayoran Baru sub-district police office," Aswin noted.
The local police investigators have confiscated a damaged Ichiban trade brand safety deposit box as an evidence, as well as brown and white envelopes. (IGT)
