Jakarta (Antara Bali) - Social Affairs Minister, Salim Segaf Al Jufri has expressed his optimism that Indonesia can reach its goal to become a prosperous country (Indotera) in 2025 if all people wish to work hard.
"We are able (to reach the goal). It means that if we want to be enthusiastic to achieve the Indotera, we can reach such goal because Indonesia is a great nation and we have an extraordinary social solidarity," the minister said here on Sunday.
The social affairs minister made the remarks after launching the "Indotera 2025" and seeing off participants of the TelkomVision Indotera Day Funbike at the Senayan parking lot.
The Indotera 2025 is an instrument of the transformation and restoration process of the national development in the social welfare from the conventional to the modern approach that is systematic and progressive, he said.
According to the minister, Indonesian people have sensitivity of heart and easily moved to help the victims for instance in facing the natural disasters.(IGT/T007)
