Jakarta (Antara Bali) - The government of Indonesia has set up 11 priorities in the draft of 2013 state budget to strengthen competitiveness and durability of domestic economy for people's welfare improvement, said Coordinating Economic Minister Hatta Rajasa.
"Some of the priorities are political, law, security, economic and people's welfare sectors," said Hatta Rajasa in a press conference, here on Friday.
The other priorities that the government has prepared were good governance and reform, education, health, poverty reduction, food stability, infrastructure, investment and business, energy, environment and disaster management, disadvantaged areas, creativity and technology.
The government in the national development target of 2013 has also highlighted four strategic issues, namely increasing competitiveness through improved investment and business climate, developing infrastructure and industry, as well as creating jobs.
"Our target in 2013 is to reduce the unemployment by 5.8 percent up to 6.1 percent, while impoverished people will be lowered by 9.5 percent up to 10.5 percent," he added.(DWA/IGT)
