Denpasar (Antara Bali) - The Bali Police are securing several luxury hotels where Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz al-Saud and his 1.5 thousand-member entourage will be staying while holidaying on the resort island of Bali.
The hotels include St Regis, Mulia, and Lagoon that are located in Nusa Dua, Badung District, and Bulgari in Uluwatu, also in Badung District, Inspector General Petrus Golose, the chief of Bali Police, stated here, Wednesday.
"The rooms at the St Regis hotel have been vacated since yesterday and have been secured," he noted.
The local police have coordinated with the military officers, a special team of the Saudi Kingdom, and the presidential security personnel.
"We will make all-out efforts in securing the areas in cooperation with every stakeholder in Bali, including the military, regional administration authorities, and personnel of the Ngurah Rai International Airport," he added. (WDY)
