Mataram (Antara Bali) - Publicly traded cellular phone operator PT Telkomsel has built 34 new units of base transceiver station (BTS) in Bali and Nusa Tenggara so far this year to improve the quality of telecommunications networks in the region.
Operation general manager of the regional branch of the subsidiary of the state telecommunications company PT Telkom Danny A. Triawan said 28 of the new BTS units use the 3G technology (Node B).

The 34 units are built in a number of areas including 17 units in Bali, 2 units in West Nusa Tenggara and 15 units in East Nusa Tenggara.
