Jayapura (Antara Bali) - Another body was found here on Sunday at PT Freeport Indonesia's underground training facility that collapsed last May 15, company's Vice President Corporate Communications Daisy Primayanti said.
"Current finding adds to the total number of casualties to be six people out of 38 employees who are trapped in the facility when it collapsed," she said.
Daisy explained the rescue team personnel are still trying to evacuate other victims in the location. Up till now, out of 38 employees said to be trapped in the facility, 10 have been found alive, six dead and the fate of 22 more is still unknown.
She mentioned rescuers are struggling to conduct evacuation due to unstable land around the location.(*)
