Magelang (Antara Bali) - A total of 100 buyers including the foreign ones are expected to attend the Borobudur Travel Mart and Expo which will take place here on October 14 through 16, a tourist official has said.
Marketing division chief of the Central Java provincial tourist and cultural office Trenggono said here on Saturday that 40 of the 100 buyers are foreigners namely from the United Arab Emirates, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, China, Hongkong, Thailand, Canada, Cambodia and the Netherlands.
According to him, the Borobudur Travel Mart and Expo (BTMX) 2012 is held in line with the Central Java Visit which is aimed at selling the Central Java tourism potentials and facilitating the business gathering between the foreign buyers with the Central Java entrepreneurs.
Trenggono also said the expo will be opened by the Central Java governor Bibit Waluyo.(*/T007)
