Sabang (Antara Bali) - Tourism and Creative Economy Deputy Minister Sapta Nirwandar has appreciated "Sabang Jazz Festival" held in Sabang city on Saturday evening.
"It was so surprising that Sabang Jazz Festival held for the first time in Sabang city, Aceh Province is able to attract local and foreign spectators," Nirwandar said here on Sunday.
He said that he watched the concert from the beginning until the end.
"I saw the enthusiasm of local people here when they were watching some top musicians from Aceh, Jakarta and other four countries, even though the rain fell on the venue," he said.
Nirwandar stated that the event is aimed at increasing the number of tourists to the region which is about 15 miles from Banda Aceh city.(IGT)
