"As ASEAN is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, we invite youth citizens of ASEAN to submit a 60-second video on why they think ASEAN is important and what their aspirations and hopes are for the next fifty years of ASEA," the ASEAN Secretariat said in a statement, here, Sunday.
One member from each selected 10 finalist videos will have an opportunity to travel to Singapore to attend a four-day workshop to learn about video production techniques and refine and produce their final videos for submission. The top three videos will win cash prizes.
Eligible contestants must be 18-30 years of age on 1 July 2017 and ASEAN citizens residing in their home country.
Videos should be submitted to www.ASEANYouthVideoContest2017.com before 1 July 2017.
