Jakarta (Antara Bali) - The Jakarta composite index (JCI) opened higher in the first minutes of trading on Wednesday.
The index of the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) rose slightly by 1.98 point or 0.04 percent to 5,190.09 points with the index of 45 most liquid stock up 0.06 percent to 884.16 points.
Meanwhile, the country's currency rupiah fell again in value in interbank transactions trading at the level of 11,965 per US dollar from an earlier level of 11,963 per dollar. (WDY)
