Denpasar (Antara Bali) - French tourists holidaying in Bali reached 6,412 in February 2010, a 15.68 pct increase compared to those in last year's same period totaling 5,543.
"France ranked seventh in the 10 countries with the highest number of tourists to Bali," Head of the Bali Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Ida Komang Wisnu said here Wednesday.
She said although occupying seventh position, Franch's contribution reached 3.34 pct of the total number of foreign tourists to Bali totaling 191,926, which had been a 29.94 pct increase compared to last year's same period totaling 147,704.(*)
