Denpasar (Antara Bali) - The Bali public prosecutor`s office has again questioned chief of the provincial culture office I Ketut Suastika in a Rp6 billion graft case related to procurement of sound system and lighting at the Denpasar Art Center.
Suastika was questioned from 09.00 a.m. to 00.30 p.m. local time. "It is true I have just undergone questioning," he said.
He said the questioning this time is enough to name a suspect in the graft case. "I think it is enough," he said.
Haposan Sihombing, Suastika`s lawyer, said his client was questioned as a suspect in the case.
"In the previous summons, he was questioned as a witness in the case against other suspect but this time he was questioned as a suspect," he said. (*/M038)
