London (Antara Bali) - Noted Indonesian singer and songwriter Titiek Puspa (77) will lead an Indonesian Cultural Mission to London where "Hello Indonesia 2015" performance will be held on June 7, a spokesperson has said.
The Indonesian Cultural Mission will be the second of its kind, according to Managing Director of Titiek Puspa management for the Hello Indonesia 2015 event, Petty Tanjung Sari here on Sunday.
Petty explained that the performance of Hello Indonesia 2015 which will be organized at Trafalgar Square, London is aimed to help promote Indonesia as initiated by Usya Soeharjono.
"Trafalgar Square is the world icon, therefore Titik Puspa used this momentum optimally by showing the Indonesian art and culture to the world," Petty stated.
Titiek Puspa's entourage will include Dwiki Darmawan, a famous musician and composer who is inspired by and combines his work with ethnic music.
Around 25,000 visitors are expected to watch the performance in Trafalgar Square, which is a famous spot for tourists and favorite place for London residents to gather and hold art events. (WDY)
