Denpasar (Antara Bali) - The Indonesian Anti-Drug Coalition (KANI) is striving to improve public speaking strategy of the anti-drug activists from eight districts and one city in Bali province, a spokesman has stated.
"This effort is aimed at training the anti-drug cadres to develop the courage and the ability to speak before the public so as to be easily accepted by society," according to KANI general chairman, Alberto Da Costa Ximenes, here on Saturday.
Ximenes made the remarks while opening the Public Speaking training program for the anti-drug cadres.
This training is also expected to make the anti-drug cadres courageous to enable them to speak before the public, and have confidence, he disclosed.
Ximenes further hoped that the program would help publicize the activities of prevention, and combating the abuse of drugs and illicit drugs at different places in Indonesia, especially Bali.
To that end, Ximenes invited the people to live without illicit drugs. (WDY)
