Jakarta (Antara Bali) - An expert has said the Upstream Oil and Gas regulatory special task force (SKK Migas) should revamp its process of recruiting employees and perform spiritual training for its employees.
"There is something wrong in the recruitment process in some state companies, including SKK Migas. I am just wondering how Rudi Rubiandini, who is known as a nice people, could be involved in such a graft case," Yohanis Embon, an expert at Global Development Consultant, said here on Saturday.
Embon further said addressing spiritual issues could assist in the training of employees. "Spirituality's value could affect a person's behavior," he said. (*/M038)
