The Resort Police chief of Ambon Island and Lease Islands, Adjunct Senior Police Commissioner (AKBP) Soehar Wiyono, said that the police is still tracking the two fugitives, Basir Manuputty and Hambali Salampessy.
"We have been informed that they have escaped to the Seram Island, so we are coordinating with the Resort Police of Central Maluku and West Seram to catch the fugitives," he said.
The police is tracking the location of the two prisoners who escaped on November 6, 2012.
"All possible hiding places of the two fugitives are being monitored intensively so that we can catch them quickly," he said.(IGT)
