Denpasar (Antara Bali) - Everyone has their own way to celebrate a special day as well as Grand Istana Rama Hotel has uniqueness event to launch new food and beverage outlet "McBuds", we held "Be Own Chef" Cooking Competition 2012 on Thursday, 01 March 2012 at 3 pm onwards in Grand Istana Rama Hotel.
This competition exclusively participated by newspaper and magazine journalists, announcers, and our in-house guests.
We asked the participants to make sandwich, burger or hot dog (light snack), they are invited to make it by themselves and by their own creativity.
Participants must prepare their own light snack creations using the product sponsor and perform on the stage within 15 minutes.
Criteria for assessment of the judges consists of 4 aspects, apart from the taste of the food, hygiene and sanitation, food presentation and the accuracy of time are also included in the assessment of the judges.
The Judges are Executive Chef from Grand Istana Rama, Mr. Hendra Mahena, Financial Controller from Grand Istana Rama, Mr. Teddy Tantra, and Grand Istana Rama’s Guest from German, Mr. Klaus Besecke.
