Mangupura  (Antaranews Bali) - An Australian Media, Travlr, in cooperation with the Badung District Administration, is ready to campaign on the safety of visiting Bali.

"We welcome the partnership with Travlr Australia to promote Bali`s tourism through campaigns on the safety of Bali and a program named the Bali Bible," Badung Secretary Wayan Adi Arnawa said here on Monday.

The government welcomes the support of Australian media as it is in line with the commitment of the Badung Administration to restore Bali tourism amid Mount Agung eruption.

Arnawa appreciated Travlr Australia for playing a role in assisting the Balinese Provincial Administration and the Badung District Administration in promoting Bali?s tourism abroad and ensuring the safety of visiting Bali.

"This effort is expected to support tourism in Bali and increase both domestic and foreign tourist arrivals," he stated.

Arnawa also welcomed the visit of the Indonesian District Administration Association (APKASI) team, which also has the same objective as Travelr Australia to restore Bali tourism.

"The Badung Administration supports the efforts of APKASI and Travlr Australia to promote Balinese tourism and emphasize it as a safe place to visit," he remarked.

Chris Burns, from Travlr Australia, remarked that the media would make a program named the Bali Bible via its website.

"This program invites tourists to design or make trips to Bali. The one who gets the most followers will get a holiday package in Uluwatu, Seminyak, and Ubud," he revealed.

Meanwhile, APKASI Group Chairman Syaifudin stated that the association, along with Travlr Australia, has established cooperation to assist the Indonesian government, especially the Bali Provincial Administration, in promoting tourism on the island. (WDY)
