Jakarta (Antara Bali) - World Innovation Summit for Education (WISE), a leading global initiative that encourages innovation and collaboration in education, today announced the results of a survey of experts in the global community. the survey also revealed their perspectives on how such a school in 2030.

Key findings indicate that the education system is expected to experience a major change. The school will be an interactive environment in which innovations in technology and curriculum will be, fundamentally, change the teacher's role and reshaping the landscape of learning.
   
The survey revealed a strong consensus related to the idea that innovation is an integral part of the future of education. Ninety-three percent (93%), education experts say they support the schools that implement an innovative method based on new teaching approaches and creative process. 

Experts from the WISE community predicts that schools will develop into a learning network. Online resources and technology will support peer-to-peer networking, dialogue and information exchange, facilitating the movement towards collaborative learning. According to the survey, nearly half of the experts (43%) believe that the content will be provided predominantly by the online platform, while only 29% of respondents thought that the traditional schools are the main source of knowledge.
   
But experts stress that innovation can come in many forms, not only of the technology.
    
Seventy-five percent (75%) of the experts surveyed believe that the most valuable asset in 2030 is a personal and interpersonal skills. Only 42% thought that the academic knowledge will continue to be useful for students.
    
Eighty-three percent (83%) of the experts also believe that the content will be more personal, reflecting the needs of each student. Other major findings support the evolution of the role of the teacher as a facilitator of learning than a teacher.
   
Experts also agree that the presence of physical and human interactions will remain indispensable for education in the future.

Experts still disagree over the issue of certification and assessment; thirty-nine percent (39%) think that the diploma will continue to be the most important method of assessment, while a third of respondents (37%) found that assess the ability of a professional certification such as management, collaboration or creativity will play a more important role.
   
2030 School Survey" conducted between June 3 and June 30, 2014, among the 645 representatives of the global community of WISE, which consists of more than 15,000 people.
