Bucharest (Antara Bali) - Romania is interested in specific cocoa and coffee from Indonesia, Mariana Sutadi, the Indonesian ambassador to Romania, said here on Tuesday.
"There are many demands for Indonesia's cocoa and coffee because Romanians loves to consume them," she said.
However, she said Indonesian businessmen did not yet see Romania as potential market for coffee and cocoa.
"Some of them only look the small number of Romania's population. Indonesian should consider the 20 million Romanians as export target," the ex-deputy chief of the judicial section of the Supreme Court, said.
Previously, Mariana wrote a letter to the Indonesia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin) to explore the Romanian market but until now she did not receive any response from Kadin. (*/DWA)
