Jakarta (Antara Bali) - Publicly-listed property developer PT Bakrieland Development Tbk said its income rise 30 percent in the quarter ended September 30, 2012 to Rp1.3 trillion compared with the same period last year.
Income from city property business unit covering apartment, condominium and office complex contributed Rp655.3 billion or 49.7 percent of the overall income, PT Bakrieland Development Tbk President Director Ambono Janurianto said here on Sunday.
"The income from the city property unit was particularly contributed by the sale of The Wave and The Grove Condo apartments in Rasuna Epicentrum area, increasing 65.6 percent to Rp199.3 billion in the third quarter of 2012 compared to Rp120.3 billion in the same quarter of last year," he said.
Income from the landed residential business unit rose 20.1 percent in the third quarter of 2012 to Rp321/4 billion from Rp267.7 billion in the same period a year earlier, he said.(*/M038/T007)
