Jakarta (Antara Bali) - PT Merpati Nusantara Airlines will open nine new "city check in" programs at some of its branch offices in Indonesia.
"Through the 'city check in' service, we hope our customers will be more satisfied and continue to make use of our services," said Vice President Corporate Secretary of Merpati Airlines Herry Saptanto here on Sunday.
Merpati will open the city check in as no-added charge service in Jakarta, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Denpasar, Mataram, Bima, Kupang, and Makassar, he explained.
As the launch of the city check in program, Saptanto said Merpati Airlines was hoped to satisfy their customer towards the service improvement.
"We do hope our customer will be more loyal to use our flight service and we also can reach the amount of passenger and income targets," he said. (IGT/T007)
