Jakarta (Antara Bali) - Indonesian State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) Minister Dahlan Iskan denied the rumours regarding his resignation from the ministerial post at the United Indonesia Cabinet II.
"I don't know about this rumour - who spread it, and what is the purpose. I don't even know where this rumour is leading to," he declared here on Tuesday.
Dahlan asked all parties not to respond to the rumours of his resignation from the ministerial post.
Moreover, Dahlan admitted that the ongoing rumours will not affect his performance in managing 141 Indonesian state-owned enterprises.
"I just do not pay attention to such rumours," he claimed.
Earlier, rumours regarding the minister's resignation had gone viral on the social media networks, which discussed the ongoing feud between some of the ministers due to director-level changes in the state's oil and gas company, PT Pertamina, on April 17, 2012.(IGT/T007)
