Jambi (Antara Bali) - A Sumatran Tiger (Panthera Tigrid Sumatrae) is on the loose in Taman Rimba Zoo in Jambi, local police chief Police Commissary Ali Sadikin reported here on Monday.
Currently, the zoo is under an isolation state by the police and the zoo's management.
"One of the two Sumatran Tiger collection at the Jambi's zoo escaped its cage and still wandering in the five hectares wide zoo," the police chief said.
The isolation safety measure is taken in order to keep the wild cat inside the zoo and keeps the tiger to threaten the local residents, he said.(IGT)
