Kurniawan told the press here on Saturday that amid unfriendly economic conditions, economic ministers are expected to create improved economic conditions through better coordination.
Further, he said they need to anticipate the impacts that will be caused by ongoing economic conditions. "The conditions of economy are all globally unfriendly," he noted.
The deputy House Speaker said that in approaching the one year transition period on October 1, 2015, the House hopes there would be better coordination.
The government plans to deliver its financial notes on August 14, in connection with the celebrations of Indonesia's independence on August 17, he said.
"The initial deliberations of the draft 2016 state budget by the House and the government through the finance minister had been started on May 20. Macro indicative ceilings in the draft have been approved," he said. (WDY)
