Denpasar (Antara Bali) - The lawyer of Australian death penalty convicts Myuran Sukumaran and Andrew Chan plans to submit a Case Review to the Supreme Court toward execution of the two narcotics smuggler.
"We plan to submit case review. We're preparing for some substances related to the Case Review," Myuran Sukumaran and Andrew Chan's lawyer, Todung Mulya Lubis said here on Thursday.
Both of them handed over the submission to Supreme Court through himself as their lawyer and it will be delivered next week, he added after visiting them in Kerobokan Jail.
Todung refuses that the Case Review is the way to postpone the death execution.
"I don't talk about execution. I try as much as I can to seek justice," he explained.
He stated that the Case Review can be submitted more than one time according the Constitutional Court. "Constitutional Court realizes to seek justice there's must be a chance given (to convicts) as maximum as possible," he said.
However, the did not mention detail on the submission on Case Review but adding that the both Myuran and Andrew behavior are changing to improve their life.
"In 10 years, I believed and saw a lot of changes on both of them. As a human being, they have to improve their life and have second chance," he said, hoping that the Case Review can be submitted without any problems. (DWA)
