Eyewitness Niko Anmum Mama said he saw a spark of fire coming out of an electrical relay station and it later spread to nearby semi-permanent houses.
The fire spread so quickly that the owners of the houses had no chance to save their belongings, he said. "The fire suddenly became bigger and local residents rushed outdoors without bringing their valuables. But all residents survived the fire," he said. (*/M038)
