Tasikmalaya (Antara Bali) - State-owned postal service company PT Pos Indonesia said it will build two star-rated hotels utilizing its lands in the West Java city of Bandung.
The lands are located at Jalan Cihampelas and Jalan Cicendo in Bandung, Pos Indonesia's president I Ketut Mardjana said on the sidelines of a tour by the association of Pos Indonesia Motorists (IMPI) here on Monday.
The locations are strategic not far from the Husein Sastranegara airport, therefore, tourists are expected to dominate their guests.
The hotels are expected to contribute significantly to the income of Pos Indonesia, Mardjana said.
He said PT Pos Indonesia recorded Rp220 billion in net profit in 2012 exceeding its target of Rp180 billion. (IGT/T007)
