The Jakarta's contingent with its 599 athletes participating in the event grabbed 110 gold medals, 101 silver and 112 bronze.
West Java became runner-up by grabbing 99 gold medals, 79 silver and 101 bronze. West Java province will host the 19th PON in 2016.
In the meantime, the 2008 overall champion East Java at this year's event only gained 86 gold, 86 silver and 84 bronze.
