Chairing a cabinet plenary meeting at his office on Friday, the president said the performance reports should be submitted to him in January 2012 at the latest.
"December is the final month of 2011 work year and therefore I ask all ministers, and the heads of LPNK and state-owned enterprises, all governors and district heads to hand in the reports on what you have done and achieved in 2011," President Yudhoyono said.
The head of state said the reports should be addressed to him, Vice President Boediono and also the head of the Presidential Working Unit for Supervision and Management of Development (UKP4) Kuntoro Mangkusubroto.
"I expect to have received the reports in mid January 2012, with copies sent to the vice president and the head of UKP4," the president said.*
