title at Hong Kong Open 2016 on Sunday after beating their compatriot

"This is a remarkable result. We were still able to prove our achievements by winning this (Hong Kong Open) after grabbing the gold medal in Rio 2016 Olympic and that in China Open 2016," according to Butet after playing in Kowloon, Hong Kong.
ANTARA learned from the tournaments website on Sunday, that Owi/Butet pair won their third title by beating Praveen Jordan/Debby Susanto 21-19, 21-17 in the final round of the Hong Kong Open 2016 in a game that lasted 42 minutes.
This is the third title for Owi/Butet in the super series tournament after the Malaysian Open and the China Open in 2016.
Meanwhile, Owi claimed to be still hungry to achieve titles despite three super series titles and the gold medal in the Olympic he and Butet had grabbed.
"We are very grateful that we were able to get the maximum games today," Owi said further.
The mixed doubles pairs of Praveen Jordan/Debby Susanto and Tontowi Ahmad/Liliyana Natsir reached the finals by beating their South Korean and host Hong Kong rivals, respectively.
Praveen/Debby defeated South Koreas Choi Solgyu/Chae Yoo Jung 19-21, 21-18, 21-18 in a game that lasted 61 minutes.
Tontowi/Liliyana successfully beat the hosts mixed pair, Tang Chun Man/Tse Ying Suet, 23-21, 21-14 in just 36 minutes.(WDY)
