Denpasar (Antara Bali) - Delegations from 13 countries to the World Culture
Forum (WCF) will participate in a cultural parade which will be held in
Nusa Dua, Bali on Tuesday.
Acting chief of the Denpasar city Cultural Office Ni Nyoman Sujati said here on Monday that a number of participants of the WCF will join the cultural parade.
Participants from the 13 countries are among others from Taiwan, Kazakhstan, Greece, Poland, Argentina, Thailand, Bulgaria, Italy, and Russia, Sujati said, adding that the Indonesia`s delegation will showcase several arts including the Balinese art.
The Balinese art will be played by students of the Indonesian Arts Institute (ISI) Denpasar with fragmentary entitled "Ketug Bumi".
Meanwhile, the arts of other regions in Indonesia that will be performed namely Reog Ponorogo, Giring-Giring Mandau from Kalimantan and Yosim Pancar dance from Papua, the event coordinator Nyoman Astita, remarked, adding that the parade will be started at 03.00 p.m. local time.
The World Culture Forum (WCF) 2016 was scheduled to be held in Nusa Dua Convention Center (BNDCC) from October 10 to 14, 2016. (WDY)
