Abu Dhabi (Antara Bali)- President Joko Widodo visited Lulu supermarket that sells Indonesian products in Abu Dhabi, on Sunday evening, on the sidelines of his official agenda in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Jokowi was accompanied by the owner of Lulu when checking Indonesian products being offered in the supermarket that has around 150 branches across the Arab peninsula.
The Indonesian government has established cooperation with Lulu to market Indonesian products in the Middle East.
He also met some Indonesians working in the Middle East country, while in the supermarket. Around one hundred Indonesians waited for him few hours before his arrival in Lulu.
Some of the migrant workers shook hand and took pictures with the president. At least 300,000 Indonesians are working in Abu Dhabi currently. (WDY)
