Manado (Antara Bali) - Two South African nationals have been arrested in Manado, North Sulawesi, for allegedly bringing in almost six kilograms of methamphetamine.
Manado city resort police chief Senior Commissioner Amran Ampulembang said here on Saturday the South African couple arrived here on Friday afternoon aboard Silk Air plane with a transit in Singapore.
He said following information the police along with customs officers conducted a check and based on initial results it was believed the goods the two brought in was meth narcotic drug, which is illegal.
Ampulembang said the police still continued the investigation of the case for confirmation. (IGT)
