Gianyar (Antara Bali) - White tiger of Bali Zoo at Singapadu Village, Gianyar Regency, Bali, gave birth three babies on June 11 2012 with a normal birthing process.
     
"Bali Zoo now has a new comer of female baby white tiger that belongs to the seventh generations from their mother "Kartini" and their father "Buntung" with 15 more with tiger belongs to their family," Public Relations Executive of Bali Zoo, Emma Kristiana Chandra said here on Friday.

Those three little babies tiger named as Punja, Delta, and Gangga, have a special color and pattern adopted from their father which dominantly orange combined with black and white.
     
She stated that Bengal tiger only has two main colors, orange and white and it makes unique to them. They are now healthy with weight of four kilograms of each and average height of 57 to 60 centimeters.
     
Veterinarian from Bali Zoo, Drh. Rangga Widarma said that tiger babies now still under of his control intensively.
     
"Their mother still gives breast-feeding and they look active and soaring," he expressed.
     
The birth of white tiger (Royal Bengal Tiger) shows the successful of Bali Zoo's conservation for the endanger animal which now estimated only 2.500 figures in the world by classified by the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN).(DWA/T007)
