Jakarta (Antara Bali) - AS (29) was driving under the influence of drugs when she hit 12 people and killed nine of them at Tugu Tani, Central Jakarta, on Sunday (Jan 22), a Jakarta police spokesman said.
"The results of urine tests on her and her three friends in the car show they had taken meth," Jakarta Police spokesman Rikhwanto said here on Monday.
According to several witnesses at the scene and information from the driver herself, she was driving at a speed of 100 km per hour, he said.
