Jakarta (Antara Bali) - President Joko "Jokowi" Widodo received his predecessor Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono at the Merdeka Palace, at 1 p.m. local time, on Monday.
The meeting this time was the first since Jokowi was inaugurated as president to replace Yudhoyono on October 20, 2014.
In the company of Minister/State Secretary Pratikno and Cabinet Secretary Andi Widjajanto, President Jokowi received the former president in his capacity as the South Korean-based Global Green Growth Institute chairman.
During the meeting with Jokowi, former president Yudhoyono was accompanied by former minister/state secretary Sudi Silalahi.
Although the matters discussed during the meeting were not disclosed to the public, but Yudhoyono claimed that while travelling en route from his private home in Cikeas to the Merdeka Palace, he encountered a traffic jam between Taman Mini and Semanggi. (WDY)
