Simpang Ampek, West Sumatra, (Antara Bali) - Expansion of the Pusako Anak Nagari airport in the regency of Pasaman Barat, West Sumatra is expected to be completed next year.
The recent visit to the project by a group of the transport ministry officials showed the seriousness of the government to build the airport, district administration secretary Yasri Uripsyah said here on Thursday. 

 The people hopes the project could be completed as scheduled as it could help boost the district economic growth , Yasri said.
He said the plan is the runway of the airport will be expanded from 800x10 to 800x21 meters, but it would depend on the budget provided by the central government. (*/M038)
