Jakarta (Antara Bali) - President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono has called on all Muslims in Indonesia to increase their faith in the commemoration of Isra Mi'raj holiday.
Muslims in Indonesia observe Isra Mi'raj on Thursday, June 6, 2013 to commemorate the the Prophet Muhammad's journey from Mecca to Jerusalem and his ascent into heaven.
Isra Mi'raj is observed on the 27th day of Rajab, the seventh month in the Islamic calendar. "Congratulation on observing Isra Mi'raj holiday. Let us increase our faith and devotion Allah SWT," President Yudhoyono said on his Twitter account @SBYudhoyono on Thursday. (M038)
