Ambon (Antara Bali) - At least seven passengers were missing as a speed boat sank in East Kei Kecil waters, Southeast Maluku District, Maluku Province, on Thursday.
"We have found three survivors, but seven other passengers comprising of family members of Rudy Tabalubun, including the parents, are still missing," Syawal, an employee of PT. Mutiara Manir, said in East Kei Kecil, Friday.
The survivors are identified by their names as Ruben Rabalubun and his two brothers - Kores and Bili. Their parents, Rudy and Sul Tabalubun, and five other siblings have not been found yet.
The seed boat left Tanimbar Kei, East Kei Kecil sub districts on Thursday (Jan 3) for Debut, Kei Kecil sub district. But the boat sank after being hit by a storm in Warabal waters.(IGT)
