Jakarta (Antara Bali) - Jumeirah Group, which owns and manages the world's tallest building Burk Al Arab, plans to run a luxury hotel and resort in Bali called "Jumeirah Bali", the chief executive officer of PT Asia Pasifik Properti (APP) said on Wednesday.
"The Jumeirah Group's hotel and resort in Bali will include 105 luxury and 25 private villas," PT APP CEO Sukowati Sosrodjojo said in a statement.
PT APP has allocated US $150 million or Rp1.4 trillion to build the Jumerah Bali Hotel and Resort, which will be located in south Jimbaran in Bali. The 11 hectares-wide property will have direct views of the Dreamland beach and flank an exclusive 18-hole golf course designed by Ronald Frame.
The hotel and resort will also offer various local and international cuisines at its three restaurants, a spa facility and a sophisticated fitness center.
The new hotel will also have a wedding venue located atop a cliff, with spectacular sunset views and a business center equipped with a meeting room and high-speed communication technology.(IGT/T007)
