Denpasar (Antara Bali) - Singapore Airlines is a global company dedicated in providing air transportation services of the highest quality. Currently we are looking for dynamic and self-motivated candidates of high caliber who enjoy working in a team, for the position Customer Services Agent (Code: CSA).

This position focuses on customer servicing and handling customer inquiries as well as airport operations and is based in Denpasar, I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport. Prospective candidates should be INDONESIAN citizens and meet the minimum requirements should have at least minimum Diploma (D3) holder, fresh graduates are welcome to apply, max 25 years old, good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.

The person must be customer oriented and able to work effectively in a team with other colleagues and service partner staff, having the knowledge and ability in customer handling, traffic and cargo operations, airport procedures, general aviation and airline reservations will be an advantage.

He or she must be able to do simple investigation with minimum supervision and be pro-active, must be able to work independently and handle administrative tasks including report writing and handling of routine correspondence with service partners, Customs Immigration and Quarantine (CIQ) as well as passengers, any other duties as directed from time to time by Station Manager Denpasar, currently living in Bali is preferred.

Interviews will be conducted in Denpasar and candidates shortlisted to attend must be responsible for their own cost.
