Ayana Resort Introduced EHRMS To Costumers

Denpasar (Antara Bali) - Hotel Ayana Resort & Spa, Bali, was the chosen location on 7th November 2011 where the Eco-Hotel & Resort Management System (EHRMS) by TUV RHEINLAND was introduced to existing and future Hotel Customers.

The new EHRMS standard features enhanced elements and criteria to ensure greener, safer and more efficient operations.

At the same time, the new marketing applications have been upgraded to contemporary design and will allow interactive communication between all stakeholders in the feature by an internet based platform called the ‘Green Hub’.

These upgradings were the result of customer demands obtained during a rebranding campaign which was conducted and evaluated by the multinational branding agency DM ID Holland based in Jakarta.

The Chief Regional Officer of TUV RHEINLAND Asia Pacific, Mr Michael Jungnitsch from Yokohama, Japan, promised in his opening speech his continued support for the ongoing development of EHRMS in order to contribute to sustainable hotel operations for Bali’s environmental protection.

He pointed out that with the introduction of the new EHRMS standard TUV RHEINLAND, one of the leading German Certification Bodies and on top of the technological developments, strives to be a long-term partner for the hotel industry.

Mr Jungnitsch who spent more than 10 years in Asia during his career in TUV RHEINLAND, was impressed by the achievements the Eco-Hotel certified Hotels had reached so far when he assisted to the presentations.(**)
