"This is a cash management system that we are starting to implement, and we hope for better checking and control of the state revenues and expenditures," President Jokowi stated during the launch of the SPAN at the State Palace on Wednesday.
He noted that the ministries and state institutions in the central government have begun implementing the system, which will be applied in all provinces, districts, and cities across the country.
Jokowi expressed hope that with such a system, every ministry and agency can supervise and ensure better use of the state budget.
"We hope that all ministries and agencies will seriously monitor every movement of the budget, lest even a single penny can escape from the watch list," the president emphasized. (WDY)
