Jakarta (Antara Bali) - The National Narcotics Agency (BNN) will continue to investigate 17 people arrested at the house of artist Raffi Ahmad in Lebak Bulus, South Jakarta, on Sunday morning on charges of abusing drugs, a spokesman said.
"Even though five of them have tested positive for drugs we will continue to investigate the others," BNN spokesman Snr. Comr. Sumirat Dwiyanto said here on Sunday night.
He said the five people who are being held in custody have been named suspects in drug abuse. BNN deputy chief Insp. Gen. Benny Mamoto said the agency also confiscated MDNA, a kind of ecstasy in powder form put in capsules, and two rolls of marijuana, during a raid on the house.
"The arrest followed a tip-off from the local residents who said the house is often used for parties," he said.(*/DWA)
