The currency traded at 9,115 per US dollar in inter-bank transaction on Monday or the same as last week closing .
Foreign exchange observer Johanes Ginting from Monex Investindo Futures said investors began to be more positive in their views of the policy of the European Central Bank in pledging support for Spain and Italy.
However, the market was still disappointed with earlier decision of ECP falling much short of their expectation.
ECB has pledged to directly buy bonds issued by Spain and Italy to stabilize bond yield in the euro countries.
Meanwhile, Samuel Sekuritas analyst Lana Soelistianingsih said the result of the review of ECB, the International Monetary Fund and the EU Commission signaled progress in Greek economy.(IGT)
