Jakarta (Antara Bali) - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi)was given a welcome with a reception in a hotel in Nagoya, Japan on Thursday night.

The reception became the first agenda of the Indonesian president in his visit to Japan to attend the G-7 Summit meeting to take place on Friday in Ise-Shima.

Jokowi entered the reception room together with other heads of state or government  and leaders of international organizations, accompanied by Aichi Prefecture Governor Hideaki Ohmura.

Other leaders attending the reception included  included Sri Lanka President Maithripala Sirisena,  Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan, Laotian Prime Minister Thongloin Sisoulith, United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, World Bank President Jim Yong Kim,  and Secretary General of  OECD Angel Gurria.

After  photo taking session  Jokowi left the reception for a bilateral meeting with Sri Lanka President Maithripala Sirisena. (WDY)
